Hard boil eggs. Then, peel and refrigerate.

Slice and boil the red potatoes, then splash with apple cider vinegar. Boil and cut the green beans. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Store all ingredients in the refrigerator.

Coat the tuna with grapeseed oil and coat with a spicy tuna rub.

Sear each side of the tuna for 2-3 minutes, or less depending on how rare you prefer your tuna. Remove from heat and let rest for five minutes.

Slice the tuna into 1/2 inch thick pieces and begin assembling the salad.

Combine the greens, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, and olives in a large mixing bowl. Stir the vinaigrette and drizzle over the salad. Toss gently and season to taste with salt and pepper.
